  • Eviction court fees/lawyer fees typically around $500-$1,000 per case

  • Cleaning common areas starting at $75

  • Readiness of apartments for new tenants (price dependent on property)

  • Securing vacant properties and monitoring with alarm that has 24/7 police response $50/month.

  • Thorough property inspections

  • Lease renewals – 30% one month’s rent

  • On boarding fees $300-$500 dependent on the number of units
